From Windows Live Photo Gallery, you can upload photos to Flickr.

This is exciting news for people who use Flickr to store photos online but prefer Windows Live Photo Gallery, a desktop application, to manage their offline photo and video collection. Today, Microsoft released a new version of Windows Live Photo Gallery that lets you use Windows Live Photo Gallery to send pictures directly to Flickr from your desktop. Using this new Photo Gallery feature, you can also upload folders and images in bulk to Flickr.

This Microsoft uploader, like the official Flickr uploader, will also resize your photos before uploading them to Flickr (optional). Additionally, you can specify the photo set to which the image should be uploaded.

Windows Live Photo Gallery allows you to include all of your Flickr accounts in the uploader. Windows Automatic Updates (kb943550) or the standard Windows Live Installer can be used to obtain this Flickr-enabled version of Windows Live Photo Gallery.
